Workshop Terms & Waiver

By booking a Sand Casting Workshop at Ojo Creativo Studio, you agree to the following:

Payment & Booking

Full payment is required to reserve your spot.

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or reschedules are allowed.

 Late Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to participate, and no refund or credit will be issued.

 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled workshop, you forfeit your spot and are not eligible for transfer.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but:

- You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance

- Transfers are allowed only once

- It is your responsibility to coordinate and inform us of the replacement

Safety & Age Requirement

You must be 20 years or older to participate.

This is a hands-on workshop involving hot metal, sharp tools, and open flame. Safety instructions will be provided and must be followed at all times.

By booking, you accept full responsibility for your safety and release Ojo Creativo, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the workshop.

Photo/Video Release

The workshop may be documented for marketing purposes. By attending, you agree that photos or videos taken during the session may be used on Ojo Creativo’s website, social media, or promotional materials.

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to respect your preference.
